A longtime customer in the Southeast region recently approached Ovivo | Alar with a challenge: Help expand operations by running its AV-660 system, an Alar® Auto-Vac™ Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter, across multiple shifts.
Before moving forward, the customer needed to ensure that its new operators were properly trained and ready to manage the system efficiently.
An Ovivo | Alar engineer traveled on-site to deliver comprehensive, hands-on training. Working directly with the new team, the engineer guided operators through each element of system operations to ensure confidence and capability.
The visit also served as a valuable opportunity to assess the AV-660 system’s performance several months into active use.
